 To begin with ,an education is a learning process and consider as an extremely essential element for improving individual life, however,so far such theoretical assumption would not have ample supportive evidence from the practical life .In fact, the teaching standard of numerous schools are substandard and inconvenient and unchanged from  a decade. Moreover, the unreliable teaching methodology  stagnant the creativity of adolescent,therefore, students lost their self confidence and drop out. In reality, student failure is not because of intellectual weakness,but,in fact,indication of conventional teaching ways.For Instance, Bill Gates, was a  college dropout, but still the world most successful business.

 On the other hand, prosperity requires a multi skill and self controlled .In order to attain unstoppable and  boundless success , an individual should establish right attitude.Furthermore, an ability to accept life hardship and encounter them from a weapon of patience could add comprehensive success in human fate. For example, A famous American scientist made one thousand unsuccessful attempts before achieving successful discovery of the electrons .Similarly, hard work is a catalyst that speed up the journey towards a lucrative destination.

    To sum up,an education may expel indiscipline elements from the adolescent life, but does not play a vital role in attaining congenial and astounding success.
