5 High protein foods for Six Abs


Nowadays, the fever of having six abs increase tremendously. However, experts and certain biological researches demonstrate that abs are not develop in gym only ,in fact, abdominal muscle development requires low calories and high protein foods,therefore, kitchen involvement is immensely important . Some of the rich protein foods with low carbs are mention below.

1)Boneless Turkey and Chicken chest:

Undoubtedly,chicken and turkey's are the rich source of quality protein. High protein foods can help you to achieve your fitness goal easily.
However Chicken comes in Variety of cuts, including thighs, wings, drumstick and breast . All of these contain different amount of protein.


A skinless, cooked chicken breast (172 grams)  contain 52 grams of lean protein. This is equal to 31 grams of protein in 100 gram of chicken.

2)Salmon:

We all know guys who sweat in gym for hours and hours tirelessly, but,still unable to achieve desires result . You can work all you want but if your diet not on point,you won't see the results.

Salmon is another reliable source of protein, moreover, it contain great amount of magnesium which is essential for controlling cholesterol level, according to the  Capital region Medical Center in the USA.

Intake of 100 gram of salmon will unleash 20 grams of protein , it also contain Omega3 Fatty acid and vitamin which make salmon immensely effective for hair fall and skin problems.


3)EGGS:

To create chiselled abs most of us need to cut down our calories intake.However, to do this effectively you must start tracking of your both calories and macros(protein,carbohydrates and fat) just to ensure that you are taking ample amount of protein to fuel your workout recovery. For this purpose eggs are the reliable source of energy, as it contain magnificent amount of protein along with high potassium which is also good for our heart health.

One egg contain almost 7-8 gram of protein, normally, consumption of  eggs depend on intensity of your workout in gym. Daily usage of six eggs without egg yolk would earn a person around 21 gram of protein which is phenomenal. Make sure, do not consume too much of egg yolk as it contain high cholesterol element.

Eggs are effective pre-workout meal . Avoid fried eggs and omelette,prefer boil eggs or raw eggs.



4)WALNUTS:

Walnuts contain high amount of protein and other essential elements that provide massive amount of energy for intense workout. Importantly, they are high in fibre, anti oxidants and unsaturated acids, which all can help to reduce cholesterol ,says research from Penn States University.



 

5)TUNA:

Eating tuna is healthy and provide multiple benefits ,from improving the eye sights and and hair quality . Apart from these benefits, tuna fish provides great amount of protein and re-known as paradise food for body builders.Whether you intake fresh tuna or canned tuna , you will get the large amount of protein you need .Specifically, 3 ounces of tuna provides around 26 gram of protein.

Precaution:

Excessive mercury could be harmful and could led to numerous disease, so consuming Tuna fish on regular basis could be disastrous. Therefore, include tuna  fish in your diet twice a week.Furthermore, you can choose canned tuna rather than white or albacore tuna. The canned tuna fish contain less amount of mercury.In fact, tuna in salad must be a preference for abs seekers.
