IELTS:Writing task 1



You would like to participate in a work-related seminar in another country. Write a letter to the person in charge of the seminar and ask for detailed information regarding the dates, program, accommodation and cost.
Write at least 150 words.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.
Begin your letter as follows:



Dear sir,
My name is Muhammad Noman Anees, I am working as Electronic engineer. Lately, I discovered that your organization will conduct a workshop regarding sophisticated embedded technology arrivals in Singapore. I am writing to inquire about some specific information related to this seminar.
Firstly, confirm about the schedule of the training, and duration of this workshop. Moreover, do not forget to mention the name of the speaker and the honorable guest. In case, due to any reason the workshop will not be held on time, then mention the possible dates.
Secondly, I have never visited your country before, therefore, I am not accustomed with the accommodating cost. Kindly, provide ample information about the arrangement of stay during the workshop, if your management would not arrange accommodation, then please recommend any suitable hotel which is not exorbitant .However, holds a praiseworthy as well as spectacular customer service record.
 I am hoping to receive your response at the end of next week, because afterwards, I have to complete the legal process to visit your country for attending a seminar.
